You can cancel Your order (without pointing out the reasons) by written form (ex. mail, e-mail, fax) or by returning the goods back in period of 2 days. You can also cancel Your order in such a way even if You have maid an order as a company (juridical person).
The term starts from the order delivery day and counts till You provide us with the written refusal. To make Your refusal lawful, You just need to send it or return the goods on time.
