How we deliver the orders?

• We deliver the orders free of charge within the area of Vilnius city. To other Lithuanian cities we deliver the orders by “DPD Lietuva” currier.

• If purchase amount exceeds 500 LT, the order delivery is free of charge. 
• If purchase amount is less than 500 LT, the post-office taxes are added. These post-office taxes are included into the order account, indicated into the invoice.

Delivery time

• In Vilnius city we deliver the orders within 2 days since the order is made.
• In other Lithuanian cities we deliver the orders within 3 days since the order is made.
• If we do not have the desirable goods at the moment, it will take up to 2 weeks to get them from our suppliers.
• As we are improving our logistic system and delivery time, we expect to be able to deliver the orders within 24 hours since the order is made.

Important information

Despite our carefulness, the goods sometimes might be damaged during the delivery process. In such situations we compensate the damages.

Please, pay attention and keep such an order:

If You notice a damage, which appear during the delivery process, please, immediately inform the supplier and provide the reclamation. After that, please, immediately inform the ORIMEDA company (orimeda@orimeda.lt) about the damages made to Your order during the delivery process. If You are willing to return the goods, please, inform us in advance by e-mail, fax or telephone.
